This is a hands-on role supporting production lines with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with operators and team leads on process improvements and efficiency projects.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols.
- Assist with general facility upkeep as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, manufacturing, or similar preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Own basic hand tools (company supplies specialized equipment).
- Ability to work in a production setting, including ladders, tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and commitment to the posted shift schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
