Interaction24 is currently hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for full-time positions in Columbus, Ohio. We have multiple openings across different shifts and are looking for reliable, mechanically inclined team players who take pride in keeping production running smoothly.
Available Shift Options (Training provided on 1st shift):
• Weekend Day Shift – Friday–Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend Night Shift – Friday–Sunday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Weekday Afternoon Shift – Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Weekend Day Shift – Friday–Sunday 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend Night Shift – Friday–Sunday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Weekday Afternoon Shift – Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
• Perform production line setups and changeovers
• Provide maintenance support to keep packaging and processing equipment running
• Lubricate machinery and replace drive belts, timing belts, bearings, seals, filters, oils, gaskets, and packing
• Troubleshoot and fix issues before they cause downtime
• Start up and monitor boilers, air compressors, and dryers
• Complete daily paperwork, walk-through inspections, and safety checks
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Maintain and inspect plant HVAC units
• Keep work areas clean and follow all food safety, GMP, 5S, and OSHA standards

Requirements
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and ability to read blueprints/schematics
• Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measuring instruments
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a written and hands-on skills assessment
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for full shifts, and work in a fast-paced plant environment
• Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
